You can add and manage your team members in Wholesail to receive statements and make payments.
To add a new team member:
- Launch Wholesail, click “Settings”, then click “Team members”
- Click “Add team member” at the bottom of the list
- Enter an email address & click “Create team member”
To turn off statements for yourself or an existing team member:
- Turn off statements for yourself
- Launch Wholesail, click “Settings”, then click “Account”
- Open the dropdown under “Statements” and select “Not emailed automatically”
- Turn off statements for someone else
- Click “Team members”
- Find your team member in the list of active contacts
- Open the dropdown under “Statements” and select “Not emailed automatically”
