Importing buyers and buyer email addresses from Quickbooks
Wholesail pulls all the information in the Customer Detail section of Quickbooks, including any email addresses for customers. As part of the new-seller on-boarding process Wholesail will show you a list of buyers and their contact information for you to confirm we have the right recipients.
Changing buyer email addresses in Quickbooks
If you update a buyer’s email address in Quickbooks after we begin sending statements, this change will not be reflected in Wholesail, so please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make the change.
What happens when a buyer requests a change statement recipients?
With your permission, Wholesail will followup on customer requests to add or remove statement recipients (if the sender of the request is themselves an authorized user). Wholesail’s team will make these changes proactively and let you know so you can inform the customer directly.
