Can I have a copy of an outstanding invoice?
You can access or print invoices by clicking on the links in the weekly statement, all without a login required. If it is convenient for you, you can also pay through the payment portal.
I would like a PDF of the statement.
You can print the list of invoices from the payment portal and it has all the same information that is on the statement in a concise format. To access the payment portal click the button that says “View, print, pay invoices” from your most recent statement.
I am having trouble connecting my bank account.
I do not have the bank username and password information.
You can also connect your bank account by entering your account number and routing number. With this method, it can take 1-2 days to verify your account.
Here are more detailed instructions on how to connect a checking account with account numbers to pay online:
After agreeing to the terms and conditions for paying us online, click Continue. At this point, search for "Account numbers". You should see something like this:
Click the "Link with account numbers" button in the middle. Then, click Continue. It will ask you for the type of bank account (checking or savings). Select the type of account and click continue. It will ask you for the account's routing and account numbers.
After you put the numbers in and click "continue", the portal will tell you that you will need to come back in a couple of days to complete the process. We'll send you an email in two days to remind you. The email will have some instructions, too.
Followup email 1-2 days after a customer connects their bank account with account numbers
You should be able to finish connecting your checking account to our payment portal. You'll need to access your checking account to see the two small deposits we made to complete verification.
Here's a quick summary of how to complete verification and finish connecting the account:
- Click on "View, print, or pay invoices" in your last statement.
- Select the invoices that you want to pay and click "Review payment"
- Click "Complete verification" in the following screen screen
- Look at your checking account and find the two small deposit amounts that say “Deposit from wholesail MD#1” and “Deposit from wholesail MD#2.”
- Type those two amounts into the screens that follow (the order doesn't matter):
