Wholesail always puts customers in control of autopay. If you need to change or cancel autopay, you can do so easily from Wholesail.
Updating Your Autopay Terms
You can change your autopay terms including your preferred payment method, frequency and payment amount limit directly in Wholesail. Just deactivate your current plan and reactivate it using your preferred terms.
- Login to your Wholesail account by clicking here.
- From the left hand side, select Autopay.
- Click End autopay then End to deactivate your current autopay plan.
- Click Get started now to reactivate your autopay plan.
- Fill our the form with your preferred autopay terms including your preferred payment method, frequency and payment amount limit, then click Next.
- Agree to the Terms of Service to reactivate your autopay plan and select Agree to terms before continuing.
Canceling Your Autopay Plan
You can change your autopay terms including your preferred payment method, frequency and payment amount limit directly in Wholesail. Just deactivate your current plan and reactivate it using your preferred terms.
