Wholesail always puts customers in control of autopay. If you need to change or cancel autopay, you can do so easily from Wholesail.
Changing your autopay settings
To change your autopay settings, you must cancel your current autopay plan and then set up a new plan that has the settings you want.
Here’s how you do that:
- From the invoice list view, click “Setup autopay”
- Next, from the “Autopay” screen, click “End now”
- Confirm that you want to end the plan.
- After confirming, you should just see the big autopay button again. Click it to setup autopay with whatever settings you’d like changed:
Cancelling autopay
You can easily cancel any autopay plan from “Setup autopay.”
Here’s how:
- From the invoice list view, click “Setup autopay”
- Next, from the “Autopay” screen, click “End now”
- Then, just confirm that you want to cancel autopay.
