Locate the user on the Customer Settings Screen (click on "Customers," find the customer company in the list and select them. Then click "Customer Settings" in the top right corner):
Review the user’s notification preferences
Users are set to receive statements as a default.
If the “✅ Emailed automatically” option is selected – then this user is already receiving automatic Wholesail statements.
If the “❌ Not emailed automatically” option is selected, the user will still have access to Wholesail to view, print, and pay invoices but will not receive weekly statements.
To remove a user and revoke their access from Wholesail please contact email@example.com for assistance.
