Using SMS Text Messaging
If I am added with a mobile phone number, can I log into Wholesail through a desktop web browser?
Yes, you can sign-in to Wholesail with your mobile phone number. Use this URL to navigate to Wholesail (https://app.paywholesail.com/signin).
Can I reply to text messages sent by Wholesail?
We do not accept replies to the automated message phone numbers. Please contact Wholesail support by email at support@paywholesail.com or by text message (no phone calls this number only accepts texts) at (415) 805-6729.
What happens if I reply “STOP” or “END” to text messages sent by Wholesail on behalf of my vendor?
Wholesail will no longer be able to send you automated text messages unless you reply again in the same chain with “START.” If this is the only method your company receives invoices and statements, you may miss important information about your account.
If you do not want to receive communication from Wholesail or access your account anymore it would be better to contact your vendor or text Wholesail at(415) 805-6729 (no phone calls this number only accepts texts) to be removed. This allows your vendor to update your account and ensure the right person is receiving communication about invoices/statements preventing your company’s account with their vendor from becoming overdue
Wholesail also sends one time passcode messages and other messages related to your account from a dedicated Wholesail phone number which is separate from the phone number your vendor will message you from. If you reply STOP to this phone number, this will prevent us from sending one time passcodes which allow you to access your account.
