Wholesail vendors can now provide their customers access to Wholesail with just a phone number. These customers will receive statements, invoices, autopay notifications, and all other Wholesail communications through SMS text message. With this feature, you’ll be able to reach more of your customer contacts with Wholesail communications so you can provide better customer service and get paid faster.
Setting up a customer to receive SMS Text Messages
Customer phone numbers do not automatically get imported to Wholesail from your accounting system or ERP system today. They can only be added manually. To set-up any new customer contacts to receive Wholesail SMS text messaging, follow the steps below:

How do I change an existing customer user’s phone number to an email address?
If a buyer contact would like to receive emails instead of text messages, they can login to remove their phone number and add an email address. You can send your customer this support article that provides step-by-step instructions. You can also reach out to Wholesail Support (support@paywholesail.com) and ask them to make the update.
