- Your rep - customer pairings change often and you’d rather not maintain two systems.
- You manage a larger team and hands‑off updates in Wholesail.

What you’ll need before you start
- Download the template. Grab a copy of the “Accounting System - Wholesail Sales Rep Assignments” spreadsheet - click here.
- Fill Column A with the rep identifier your accounting system uses - refer to the table below for your accounting system's identifier.
- Fill Column B with the matching sales rep's full name.
- Fill Column C with the matching sales manager's email address.
- Fill Column C with a manager’s Wholesail email if you want shared visibility.

- We configure the mapping. Our team loads the file, ties each accounting‑system rep to the correct Wholesail user, and confirms back to you.

Q: Do my reps need Wholesail accounts first?
A: Yes - each email you list in the spreadsheet must belong to an active Wholesail user.
Q: Can I map two accounting‑system reps to one Wholesail user?
A: Absolutely - just add two rows with the same Wholesail email.
Q: What happens if a rep leaves?
A: Remove or replace them on the customer in your accounting system; on the next sync the customers disappear from the rep’s dashboard in Wholesail.
Q: How often do assignments update in Wholesail?
A: Assignments are updated every time you sync with Wholesail.
Q: Can I go back to manual assignments?
A: Sure- have Support disable the automatic feature. Manual tools will re‑appear, but you’ll need to tidy any conflicting assignments.
