Admins on your team have the flexibility to customize Autopay Setttings to better meet your business or customer specific needs. Specifically, they can:
- Customize the plan frequency options (e.g. monthly, weekly, daily, pay when due) that your customers (or team members) are able to view and select.
- Choose whether they want to allow customers to make partial payments when their Autopay plan hits a max.
- They can adjust settings at a global level or for specific customers only.
- Any customizations your team chooses to make will only impact new plans created after the changes are saved. There will be no changes to existing Autopay plans.
How to customize Autopay settings globally for all of your customers?
1 - Navigate to Settings -> Global Customer Settings -> Click Edit under the Autopay Options section
2 - Customize the frequency options by checking the boxes you want offered to your customers. Also, choose whether you want to accept partial payments when customers hit their max. Click “Save”
3 - Upon saving, Autopay setup will update to reflect your customizations, impacting any new plans created going forward by your team or your customers.
How to customize Autopay settings for a specific customer
1 - Navigate to a Customer detail screen - > Choose “More” -> click on “Customer Settings
2 - Choose Custom Settings -> Click “Edit” under “Autopay options” -> click “Edit” -> update your preferences and click “Save”
3 - Upon saving, Autopay setup will update to reflect your customizations, impacting any new plans created going forward by that specific customer.
